Job Description
- Deals with most of the governmental entities in Egypt in addition to providing general guidance to all activities related to government engagement.
- Works closely with the Egyptian Ministries and other related organizations to ensure that all required documents are issued on time and are kept up to date.
- Deals with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any issue or problem concerning employees.
- Prepares social insurance required documents for staff members and the organization including Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6.
- Builds direct and strong relationships with governmental departments.
- Deals with the Ministry of Investment and government agencies in ending the procedures for bringing foreigners.
- Submits applications for foreign labor work permits at the Investment Authority and the Ministry of Manpower and Security Information.
- Stays up-to-date and complies with changes in labor legislation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Relevant Field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in personnel management (with solid experience in dealing with social insurance offices, foreigners’ work permits, and employee investigations).
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
- SAP User is preferred.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent problem solving and Negotiation skills.
- Time and stress management skills.
