Job Description

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  •  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. 
  •  Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 
  •  Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. 
  •  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
  •  Develop a new business with existing clients and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
  •  Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  •  Prepare reports on account status.
  •  Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Generate leads, evaluate the potentials, and support the relation with the actual clients
  • Write the reports and researches according to the manager's instructions
  • Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products
  • Generate potential clients through social media platforms

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Business Developer, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas in similar industries.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. odoo)
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is a must.
