Job Description
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Develop a new business with existing clients and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Generate leads, evaluate the potentials, and support the relation with the actual clients
- Write the reports and researches according to the manager's instructions
- Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products
- Generate potential clients through social media platforms
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Developer, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
- Track record of achieving sales quotas in similar industries.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. odoo)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is a must.
