Job Description
Scope responsibilities to include:
- Supervision of BIM Standardization and interoperability processes of 3D, 4D and 5D Data and workflows for AR, ST and MEP disciplines.
- Initiation & Review of Projects' BIM Execution Plans according to Square's Standard and the project's EIR.
- Coordinating the process of BIM models' quality & maturity and ensuring BIM data standardization through BIM audit and support.
- Standardizing and supporting the digital implementation involved in managing the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Ensuring of keeping all the project related BIM files up to date.
- Managing the organization's BIM library.
- Developing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) procedures – use of specific digital technologies and tools to integrate work processes and improve construction workflows.
- Developing processes of Data collection, analysis and visualization process through integration of different applications / platforms with Power BI.
- Collaborate with projects and functional managers to ensure successful information exchange and delivery.
- Aware of the project life cycle BIM data requirements and procedures from Design to O&M
Job Requirements
- Educational qualifications to include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- +13 years of BIM and Digitalization solutions experience.
- Skills, qualities and competencies:
- A growth mindset that acknowledges Creativity, Passion, Integration and Development.
- Expert knowledge of BIM software and workflows, including industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
- Familiar with Lean Construction Principles & Implementation.
- Proficiency in project management, content management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aware of the operational functions & processes of a Contractor.
- Strong written and verbal communication/ presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Able to organize tasks holistically and analytically.
