Job Description
- Ensure the high level of customer satisfication .
- Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect medical equipment and instrumentaion including life support equipment .
- Perform continous software update on equipment .
- Provide system and applications and training to clients .
- Escalate complicated customer issues to Team Leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Biomedical Engineering
- Exp.: 1-3 years experience (Dental units , Panorama , Cone Beam )
- very good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
