Overview:
It's NOT a Call Center Job.
We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth.
Main Duties:
- Persuading Customers with the company's Services.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about Services or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Search, update and prepare Customers Data.
- Identifying target markets, generating and qualifying leads Through database management.
- Planning and preparing presentations.
- Client satisfaction and retention reporting.
- Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects.
- Business development Reports, Studies, and Feedbacks.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Work Conditions:
- Fixed shifts 9 AM - 6 PM including 1-hour break
- Fixed weekends (Friday)
Job Requirements
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Bachelor degree
- Ability to work with a phone for long hours.
