A telesales agent will be responsible for completing the sales process with customers through phone calls.

In order to help the organization to bring new customers and maintain the existing customers by dealing with complaints and providing solutions to the various problems facing customers and the job needs distinctive skills in telephone communication and presenting product and service offers commensurate with the customers and gaining their confidence and the goal of the job of the salesperson over the phone is to help the organization to grow and develop its business.
