Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare the Design and Construction documents (Reports, calculations, and drawings) of the following systems:
- Firefighting systems
- Hot and Cold-Water Supply systems
- Sewage and Storm Drainage systems
- LPG and Natural Gas systems
- Medical Gas systems
- Compressed Air system
- Prepare Technical Reports and Client Presentations.
- Prepare Basis of Design Report for the project.
- Prepare Space Matrix.
- Prepare Tender documents and Technical Specifications as per international standards.
- Provide innovative solutions, follow the latest technology, and propose the most energy-saving design concepts.
- Implement and follow Quality Assurance Programs.
- Oversee and control efficiency and quality of work produced by the team.
- Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines.
- Attend all coordination and progress meetings and present options and solutions as required.
Job Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- BSc. in Mechanical Power Engineering.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Autodesk Revit, CAD and Microsoft office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English language (speaking, reading and writing).
- Professional in using Elite software.
- Design experience is a must, construction experience is a plus.
- Familiar with local authority requirements and regulations.
- Familiar with international Codes and Standards.
- Experience in Infra-structure networks design is a plus
