Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding on time to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Microsoft and Cisco knowledge preferred.
- Good experience in network installation and configuration.
- Experienced in Microsoft operating systems.
