Job description:
- Receiving and handling customer messages (Arabic and English)
- Handling questions and concerns with immediate reply with maximum reply window 15 minutes
- Handling customer complaints
- Reporting.
Job Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
