Job Description

• Execute the instructions and directives issued by the line manager related to the management of the office or organizational unit.
• Preparing, approving and distributing reports and various correspondences according to the instructions.
• Supervise the work of the line manager's office and provide all the services and requirements needed by the office .
• Check correspondence, minutes and reports and follow up on their implementation.
• Verifying that incoming and transferred phone calls have been answered.
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by the direct supervisor

Job Requirements

• English fluent
• Preferred to be graduates of the American University, the German University, the Canadian University, Misr University for Science and Technology, the Maritime Academy
• Bachelor's Degree from University-related.
• Must have excellent computer skills in MS Excel, Word
• Presentable.
