Job Description

                                                            PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY 

Experienced candidates are preferable (Export sector for Marble and Granite)

  • Build new leads and collect customers' data to prepare a database.
  • Contact customers and offer them our high-quality products in a professional way.
  • Negotiations and discussions about product quality, production time, prices, delivery and payment terms and conditions.
  • Open new markets and channels based on the analysis of customers’ requirements and needs.
  • Following up with the production, finance, and logistics teams and updating the clients with all the needed information.
  • Prepares regular reports, gathering, and summarizing data to keep managers and Executive Director updated with the department status, achieved objectives,  and the need for related actions.
  • Achieve the assigned monthly target as per the agreement with our Executive Director.
  • Aware of all documentation processes for both sales and export.
  • Able to prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Packing lists, etc. and respond to purchasing orders (PO) in a professional manner.
  • Ware and updated with all changes in the market and our competitors' quality, prices, and profit margins.
  • Ability to have phone calls if needed and respond immediately to all emails or any other social platform such as (Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, and Linkedin) messages in a professional way based on the agreed scenario.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the export sales sector in the marble and granite industry.
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English & Arabic reading, writing& speaking skills (Or other languages such as Spanish and Turkish). A second language is preferred if any. 
  • Fully Aware of the export regulations and sales strategies. 
  • New Market Entry Experience.
  • High level of negotiation skills. 
  • Email correspondence experience.
  • Experienced and familiar with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Good planning, organizing, and management skills.
