Job Description

  • Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up
  • Responsible for the whole image of the place and and providing all services separately according to the identification identity of each brand.
  • Follow up the operating system in the service center and follow up the implementation of any maintenance plan for the workshop equipment and for the consumption of materials in the workshop.
  • Follow up the productivity and labor efficiency of subordinates and develop a plan to raise the operating efficiency in the service center.
  • Review all maintenance schedules with other brands on monthly basis including items and prices.
  • Review work orders daily with the reception and workshop team.
  • Ensure the implementation of the approved organizational policies and procedures in the service center.
  • Ensure the safety of the work environment for staff, customers, vehicles, equipment and all company properties.
  • Train new employees technically and work to raise the team spirit in the workplace.
  • Follow up on the customer satisfaction rate.
  • Follow up on the service center income, profitability rates and evaluate them based on the target and submit the necessary reports.
  • Follow up on productivity and labor efficiency and submit the necessary reports on time.
  • Solve problems in the service center and communicate with various departments to resolve any disputes and facilitate the workflow.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Submit all required reports with high accuracy and profeciency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a must.
  • Good customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Good organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and other departments.
