Job Description
- Day-to-day management of the logistics function, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely management of all transportation modes, using approved vendors for Exports
- Create, monitor, and complete shipments on time.
- Prepare and maintain a delivery schedule and communicate with all relevant departments.
- Ensure the integrity and timely preparation and authorization of Export documentation such as Bills of lading and Commercial invoices.
- Verification of all freight invoices.
- Determine cost-effective carriers and assist with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective actions as required.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor's degree in any field prefers Logistics.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken excellent communication skills
- Very good English
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills
