- Respond to all requests and inquiries cardholders and merchants by phone.
- Participate in solving the difficulties that might face cardholders and merchants.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
- Rotation Shifts ( 8 h & 2 Days Off)
