Job Description
- Accurately handle billing activities on specified dates.
- Properly record cash and checks, and where necessary directly interact with clients promptly to reconcile discrepancies and questions.
- Applying inventory random check and participate in annual inventory check.
- Handle all accounting tasks related to the warehouse and record it on ERP.
- Assist with month-end closings process with any assigned tasks.
- Good Knowledge of MS office especially Excel.
