Job Description
- Lead, train, revise, and follow up with Video Editors to ensure they are committed to their day-to-day tasks at the instructed time and quality.
- Cooperate with the Operations department in organizing, receiving, and uploading the material.
- Responsible for reviewing all the final materials before sending them to the operations department.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Determine the best technical tools to achieve the maximum productivity.
- Act as a support to all the video editing team members to achieve a healthy environment to every employee.
- Plan everything about video editing tools, techniques, and color ballets at the beginning of each educational year.
- Responsible for receiving all the commercial video and sending them back to the marketing team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts or relative field.
- At least (1) year of experience in a managerial position.
- At least (3) years of experience in the same field.
