Job Description

HK Designs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at the Heliopolis branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing a team to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Performance Management:

  • Drive sales and ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and improve store profitability.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Train staff on customer service techniques and brand knowledge.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Inventory & Visual Merchandising:

  • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and store inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team for product needs.

Operational Management:

  • Ensure store operations run smoothly, including cash handling and daily reports.
  • Monitor store expenses and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain store efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or apparel.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills Required:
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English.
