Job Description
- Organise and Manage the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work is conducted within a defined area of activity of the Education Services Sales Department in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
- Contribute to the preparation of the educational services sales department budget by submitting spending proposals and perceptions to the direct manager in order to serve the achievement of the department’s goals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of sales of educational services to ensure operations are carried out as planned and adherence to set policies, processes and procedures
- Evaluation of the work team with reference to the objectives set for sales operations Achieving the target.
- Participation in the research and study of the development of the department's business, for example, the search for new suppliers.
- Participation in negotiations for contract renewal in terms of the target for sale and work plans.
- Participate in planning the procurement process between suppliers
- Sending required work reports to suppliers
- Follow up the quality of the relationship between the company and customers and meet their needs to maintain work performance.
- Direct communication with major customers to service the sales process
- Monitoring the performance of employees, evaluating their performance, and ensuring that they achieve the objectives set.
Job Requirements
- Academic and professional qualifications: High qualification. Management certificates preferred
- Experience: At least one year in the same field 10-15
- Technical Requirements: Product Management
- Customer Experience Monitoring and Measuring Effectiveness
