Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure proper flow of office procedures, perform administrative duties, and carry out common office and admin tasks. Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to internal customers and vendors. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Buffet supplies: Keep an updated stock sheet with on-hand items, to be able to place the monthly order based on the actual needs.
  • Uniform: Handle uniform purchasing cycle, distributing sheet, and maintaining updated stock reference.
  • Drivers and office cars: Manage office drivers, and buffet team by defining their responsibilities and distributing daily work tasks to ensure high performance and to get the desirable results.
  • Runners :Manage the runners' team by defining their responsibilities and distributing daily work tasks to ensure high performance and to get the desirable results
  • Printing materials: Manage any requests relevant to printing materials.
  • Stationery and papers :Make the monthly stationery order based on office needs.
  • Facility administration
  •  Legal documents and Property Insurance.
  • Travel Coordination:Deep understanding of company Travel Policy to ensure effective processing for local and international travel requests.  
  • Mobile Network :Acting as an account manager with mobile network companies

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION 

  • BS of Business Administration / or equivalent .
  • At least 3 years of experience at the same role .
  • Very good English is a must
  • Very good on dealing with Microsoft office .
  • Excellent Business writing
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong bookkeeping skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to Multitask
