Job Description
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
- Handling the Hiring process.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Updates and Creates HR policies.
- Writing job descriptions
- Handles the performance appraisal process
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
Job Requirements
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Fluent in English.
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Can Join Immediately

- 2-4 years in human resources.
- Excellent in Ms- Office
