Job Description
- Handling all secretarial duties including mailing, filing, typing and other admin work.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Manage a team of runners
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3-7 years of experience proven as an admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Very good English spoken & Written
