Job Description
We are looking for a Technical lead who possesses a passion for pushing software technologies to the limits.
The technical lead will work with our global team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our applications.
The position will be based at Union Coop's Research & Development CoE in Egypt.
Job Description:
- Technically manage and lead the development and Technical team members.
- Determining project/Tasks requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Drafting analytical reports on user requirements and new task requirements and their impact on the internal workflow
- Designing modules by dividing the user requirements into submodules, assigning submodules to software developers to proceed with programming the modules, and setting timeframes for task completion
- Ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed as planned
- Receiving stakeholder's feedback and data modification requests, solving bugs, and handling complaints
- Staying up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies to develop internal work
- Coaching, guiding, and providing regular feedback to the team to enable successful outcomes
- Being a liaison between the team, the management, and the business unit
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a must.
- Excellent software engineering skills and solution-driven way of thinking.
- Familiar with any team cooperation tools such as Jira.
- Communication skills to speak in standard and non-technical language with internal stakeholders.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

- Very Good command of English
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Application development knowledge in the following technologies Java, PHP, Android (Kotlin/Java), Swift, Objective C, MySQL, .Net core, HTML, CSS, and Product Quality.
