Job Description
- Develop new business via the established channels (telephone) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Healthcare company and its new brand Rx-Care (our HMIS Web Version), and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Identify the appropriate and potential leads along with the current and newly launched entities.
- Support marketing and sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads with a follow-up call or email if needed
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in the system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization's requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in telemarketing/tele sales or similar jobs.
- Experience in HMIS systems and their sales life cycle.
- Relevant bachelor's degree is required.
- Excellent in dealing with MS Office and business social media.
- Preferable that he\she has a back experience in Digital Market and Social Media marketing campaign.
- Telemarketing Professional, with at least 3+ years in lead generation process, have experience with software houses preferably multinational products with good command of English language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills..
