Job Description
- Prepares complete and detailed drawings for comprehensive renovation and new construction
- projects involving structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing.
- Prepares architectural programming documents, specifications, and detailed cost estimates for
- comprehensive construction projects.
- Assists in preparing correspondence to clients and contractors, cost estimates, bid documents, and
- purchase requisitions for project completion.
- Develop standardized models of products.
- Compute mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions.
- Convert sketches and drawings from engineers into technical designs.
- Design using engineering and manufacturing techniques.
- Use computer-aided design software (CAD) for the execution of plans and designs.
- Create visual guidelines for construction purposes.
- Develop the budget costing documents and technical reports with the coordination of an architect
- on the site
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- should have at least five years experience in furniture factories
- Excellent English language skills
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- No specific nationality required
