Job Description
- Review and study all tender documents to ensure that all data required for pricing are available
- Send inquiries to clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors
- Attend tender site visit and prepare report
- Prepare technical queries such as, details, missing documents pertaining to the tender
- Prepare packages and Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer
- Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements and make comparative analysis
- Preparation of material takeoff
- Prepare detailed estimation and cost analysis for direct cost (material, labor, equipment & subcontractor and any other construction cost
- Prepare value engineering proposals
- Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received
- Preparation of the bid packages technical and commercial proposal
- Negotiating with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value.
Job Requirements
Requirement
- Education: Degree in Civil/Arch Engineering.
- Work experience: 2 - 4 years.
Skills and knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office
