Job Description
- Respond to all social media comments and massages
- Respond, transfer and follow up the online complains/requests and escalating when necessary
- Create reports about customers complains and their status to be used on user experience enhancement. From (Facebook, Instagram, live chat,…etc.)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mass communication or equivalent
- 3- 4 Years of experience.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Excellent computer & Microsoft program usage
