The sales admin should have experience in Real Estate Brokerage Field with minimum 1 year. Also should have very good computer and research skills.
Responsibilities:
- Working on Website word press
- Working on the CRM system.
- Preparing sales team reports and schedules as required.
- Welcoming visitors and maintaining a database for them.
- Direct clients to the responsible salesperson.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales.
- Good experience preferable in Real Estate field.
- Experience in preparing monthly and weekly reports.
- Experience in following up a sales team.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication skills.
- Assigning Leads to the sales team.
- Daily update and Follow up on the company’s inventory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
