Job Description

The sales admin should have experience in Real Estate Brokerage Field with minimum 1 year. Also should have very good computer and research skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Working on Website word press 
  • Working on the CRM system.
  • Preparing sales team reports and schedules as required.
  • Welcoming visitors and maintaining a database for them.
  • Direct clients to the responsible salesperson.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Good experience preferable in Real Estate field.
  • Experience in preparing monthly and weekly reports.
  • Experience in following up a sales team.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication skills.
  • Assigning Leads to the sales team.
  • Daily update and Follow up on the company’s inventory.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
