Job Description
- Create and implement effective export sales strategies to increase sales and revenue for the company.
- Identify new markets for the company's products and services and develop plans to enter these markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiates contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure that the company's interests are protected.
- Coordinate the logistics of exporting products, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide excellent customer support to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they meet their targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers in various markets.
- Work with the company's pricing team to develop pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable in different international markets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience included experience in FMCG companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related.
- Excellent Command in English (Speaking & Writing )
