Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user hardware (PC's, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
Participate in Infrastructure projects with the Infrastructure teams.
Work with system administrators for end-user data backup and restore procedures.
Work with Network administrators for branch connectivity support.
Act as the first point of contact for all end-user IT requests.
Maintain Records for all requests, track until resolution and archive for future reference using company helpdesk tools.
Escalate IT issues for resolution when needed and in accordance with the Helpdesk policy.
Communicate service outage/disruption notices to users that are affected by the outage.
Maintain service records for maintenance carried out.
Manage IT assets inventory from purchasing to scrapping.

Support experience in MS Windows (server and client), MS Office, antivirus, etc.
A background in Networking (LAN / WAN, and Wireless).
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
End user-oriented and cool-tempered.
Good understanding of computer hardware, printers, mobile devices and other tech products.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Well organized and adheres to policies and procedures.
Fair knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM tools.
Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Certification in ITIL, Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
