Job Description
- Setting up the strategic Marketing Plan as well as the Strategic Sales forecasting and following up its progress during the year to achieve the highest results and the maximum profit.
- Maintain and provide strength to company’s brand position in assigned regional marketing area.
- Head development and execution process of ethnic and other main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
- Interact with marketing leads to develop and supervise regional marketing budget.
- Present inputs to Product Marketing to define, maintain and validate apt product alternatives and configurations
- Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop execution plan and manage field team by implementing plan.
- Responsible for setting & executing marketing plan strating from strategy , social media , events planning & production
- Recommend strategies to integrate into local regional marketing plans.
- Analyze and supervise local competition.
- Evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Presentable
- Minimum 7 years in marketing field including supervisory role experience
- Preferable experience in malls or marketing agaencies in general
- Experience in retails & real estate marketing is preferable
- Hands on different marketing fields
- Can work 6 days per week
