Job Description
We are looking for a young, energetic, and dynamic Travel Consultant, Holiday Specialist for our inbound and outboard Operations. To promote Sales of Travel Tourism, Holiday Packages, and related lines of business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to clients’ inquiries and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their needs.
- Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing & new clients.
- Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip from booking airline tickets, and trains, reserving the hotels, organizing tours, and creating the itinerary.
- Regularly update CRM database containing client details and travel information.
Job Requirements
- Career minded and ambitious with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of verbal and written Arabic and English communication skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Travel Agent is a MUST. Minimum 3 years of experience (Required).
- Perfect knowledge of preparing Holiday packages.
- Ready to wirk in UAE (AbuDhabi,Sharjah or Ras Al Khaima) based on our needs.
- Preferred to have driving license.
