Job Description
- Monitor the instructors during class visits to maintain any technical issues.
- Responsible for doing the placements test for the students
- Provide covering plans in case of vacations and violations.
- Work closely with the operation team if needed.
- Handle clients’ technical complaints.
- Provide a positive work environment.
- Make monthly appraisals and delivering their feedback for each instructor.
- Help instructors with curriculum preparation and providing them with new ideas.
- Counsel technical surveys’ analysis and deliver feedback.
- Follow up on different instructors’ responsibilities.
- Create and updating schedules.
- Develop newly hired instructors to enhance their performance.
- Cover classes when needed.
Job Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree.
- To be available during 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Full time is 6 days a week
- Minimum Experience at least (3-5) years in Teaching English.
- Gender: Males and Females.
- Near native or Fluent American or British accent.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good listening skills.
- An internationally accredited English teaching certificate or degree (MA TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, … etc.).
- Problem solving skills.
