Job Description
- Installing and maintaining, configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Manage PC setup and the deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
- Basic hardware replacement using the available items.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide first level support and resolve problems for the employees.
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
- Respond quickly and effectively to requests received.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Good Knowledge about installing, configuring and maintaining surveillance systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering, information technology or equivalent degree or certification
- Very good command of English Language.
- A+, N+ and MSCA Knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Help desk experience.
- Technical reporting skills.
