Job Description

  • Installing and maintaining, configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Manage PC setup and the deployment for new employees using standard hardware and software.
  • Basic hardware replacement using the available items.
  • Provide basic network troubleshooting.
  • Provide first level support and resolve problems for the employees.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to requests received.
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Good Knowledge about installing, configuring and maintaining surveillance systems

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Computer Engineering, information technology or equivalent degree or certification
  • Very good command of English Language.
  •  A+, N+ and MSCA Knowledge.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Help desk experience.
  • Technical reporting skills.
  • Strong Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to work for long hours on occasion.
  • Accuracy of work and attention to detail.
  • Continuous learning and initiative spirit.
  • Coordination and follow-up communication skills and dealing with others.
