Job Description
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with Tax regulation and ensure Compliance with different audit activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with Tax regulation and ensure Compliance with different audit activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further set of actions
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Master's degree in Finance or CPA , CMA ( preferred )
- 12-16 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles IFRS , Local GAAP , Tax laws .
- Good knowledge for Corporate laws
- Experience of using ERP System as SAP or similar will be considered a plus
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
