Job Description
- Plan design and develop technical solutions and alternatives that meet business requirements in adherence with standards, processes, and best practices
- Successfully lead projects and complex assignments with broad scope and long-term business implications
- Lead day to day system development and maintenance activities of the technical team
- Comfortable in building and scaling systems in a growing services infrastructure. You are driven to improve performance, enhance code quality, and establish best practices for your team

Job Requirements
- Prefer bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math), or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as Software developer.
- Skilled in core data structures and algorithms and implements them using appropriate chosen language
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
- Excellent of developing projects based on RDMS, or NoSQL databases
- Ability to work with Amazon Web Services (AWS) ensuring the reliability of the services
- Ability to document technical requirements and specifications; Previous experience with Git or source control
- Experience working with Node.js, ExpressJS
- Experience working with Bash scripts
- Experience working with socket servers
- Experience in debugging and performance optimizations
- Experience working with CI/DI
- Leadership experience including mentoring other developers, performing code reviews, and facilitating collaboration between team members
