Job Description
- Produce high-quality visual designs, illustrations to convey a story narrative or idea from concept to execution, including those for web, and mobile devices.
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile and web.
- Rapid prototyping & mock-ups to visualize ideas
- Develop the design rationale and explain visual choices to cross-functional teams; express concepts verbally and visually.
- Attend status/kick-off meetings, creative review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Must be highly organized and able to manage details for multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
- Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the web/mobile design field.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or related
- 3-5 years of UX/UI experience, web app, mobile design experience.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
- Proficient in using HTML, CSS is preferred
- Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently while meeting the needs of a complex organization.
- A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
