Job Description
- Coordinating all aspects of group travel, including booking hotels, flights, transportation and activities
- Negotiate with Nile cruises and Hotels to secure the best possible rates
- Reviewing all travel documents to ensure accuracy of arrangements
- Positive communication skills
- The ability to create and maintain a strong relationship with local hoteliers and suppliers
- Handle contracting with hotels & Nile Cruises
- Oversee the booking procedure and ensure accurate processing
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills Including Microsoft Office.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to create and maintain a strong relationship with, local hoteliers, and suppliers
- Willing to start immediately.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best deals
