Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support translation requirements for all marketing and communication material, sales collateral and on-line channels including: web/digital, social media, video scripts, subtitles, newsletters, etc.
- Ad hoc translation for other departments within the organization.
- Accurately relay style and tone so that meaning of the original message is maintained in the translation.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize workflow for maximum efficiency to complete tasks within their allotted deadlines.
- Consult subject-matter experts and other colleagues to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately
- Work within Microsoft 365 programs to create and modify company documentation for consistency, branding and translation
- Maintain Corporate Brand Guidelines and ensure visual consistency of brand elements across the organization
Job Requirements
- Bilingualism (English & French) a requirement
- Strong computer skill including high proficiency in Microsoft applications: Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of organization, planning and prioritization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to proactively initiate questions, updates, or follow-ups
A few nice to haves:
- Field or Channel Marketing experience
- Project Management experience
- Experience in the telecommunication sales sector
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communication is an asset
