Job Description
- Review and recommend to executive management improvements to MNHD’s policies, procedures and practices.
- Sets Annual HR budget.
- Introduce and manage Compensation & Benefits programs & activities within organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to current requirements and advising management on needed actions.
- Managing the operational cost of the HR division and ensuring it is within budget.
- Provide information and reports to management such as staff turnover, references, salaries, training costs, recruitment costs, training days per person annually, etc.
- Manage the relationship with training providers. Designs and implements a training plan with input from business heads and upon need, within allocated annual budget.
- Ensure all staff are appraised according to company policy and monitor evaluation of new hires within probation period.
- Co-ordinate recruitment throughout the company for all organizational levels and handle relationship with Recruiters.
- Deal with any performance or grievance issues in compliance with the Egyptian labor law and company practices.
- Annually review the company’s pay scale.
- Direct or coordinate the HR Division functions.
- Prepare and review operational reports, schedules and budget control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conducts/reviews exit interviews results with departing employees on resignation from the company.
- Set goals and deadlines for the division.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
- Execute all compensation payments of the organization to employees' bank accounts.
- Approve of payouts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline. Bachelor of Commerce is preferred.
- MBA or Professional Certification in Human Resources (Professional in HR or Senior Professional in HR – SHRM certificate is preferred).
- 15 + years of experience in the HR field. 5+ years in managing similar function.
- Experience in SAP is Preferred (or other ERP system implementation and experience is preferred).
