Job Description

  • Manage Sales, Marketing & Grants data through maintaining an updated database of existing and prospective customers 
  • Receiving and follow up the processing of purchase orders.
  • Contacting customers by EMAIL to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling and analyzing monthly sales reports.
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Perform other administrative tasks within the department upon request.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Market knowledge
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
