Job Description
- Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Apply safety procedures and environmental regulations in the areas.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report them to direct manager immediately.
- Investigate problems, analyse root causes and drive solutions.
- Work closely with all support functions to deliver their target performance by supporting their vision and plans
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Applying lean and seven wastes principles to develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
- Obtaining any materials, tools and equipments required.
- Applying 5S in production areas.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate – Bachelor of Production (or mechanical) Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience at Production Leadership level in an industrial organization.
- Good at Arabic and English
- Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sound Knowledge of lean six sigma
- Knowledge of 5S.
