Job Description
Main Duties:
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of project.
- Responsible for the successful initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project
- Create Preliminary Projects' plans even in the Presales phase, and then upgrade it into final detailed project plan after contracting.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required.
- Manage assigned projects carefully, with a clear objective to minimize costs while not affecting expected quality.
- Follow up on the project plan, updating the plan regularly with actual and maintaining status reports and deliverables.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the projects within project time frame.
- Monitor project costs and revenues.
- Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
- Predict and alert for any expected stoppers and provide a plan for suggested scenarios to overcome such stoppers, these suggested plans should include its effect on the total project in terms of cost, resources and time.
- Maintaining customers relation and their satisfaction during the project duration.
Job Requirements
- Project Manager with ERP implementation experience to lead and manage ERP Projects.
- Capable to manage multiple running ERP implementation projects at the same time
- Capable to prepare an overall projects status review and report project key performance indicators
- Strong leadership skills and has the ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders.
- Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.
- Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.
- Must have 5 to 8 years working with ERPs with minimum 4 years in a position where significant implementation responsibilities were managed by the candidate.
