Job Description
Job Duties:
• Make the needed calls daily to inform clients of the unpaid amounts for the maintenance fees for their units in our projects, convincing them explaining the reason for these amounts and the importance of paying regularly to achieve our team set goal.
• Achieve the set target from Maintenance collections.
• Listening to the customer complaints during calls or in office and forwarding to the responsible party and follow up till the issue get resolved .
• Communicate with clients to make gas subscriptions as set goal for all projects.
• Compile and prepare all letters send to the clients (Claims, Operations Expenses and Announcements) and follow up for delivering it
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in reputable college .
• 2-4 years of experience in relevant field
• Real Estate background is preferably . Skills Requirements
• Highly details oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with composed time management
• Highly problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to work with tight deadlines
