Required to work as a real estate agent in CASA Real Estate.

• Establish, develop, and maintain client database including regular contact with all clients
• Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads.
• Help client to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
• Following up on client’s requests, ensuring our clients are satisfied even after closing
• Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategies
• Use negotiation tactics as well as sales skills to close property deals.
• They usually prepare and present business proposals to clients to convince them of their services and secure a consulting deal.
• Build and establish a good working relationship with legal counsels and other consulting
• Professionals to exchange ideas and expand a personal network.
