Job Description
- Maintain physical & computerized records including student cumulative folders, progress, and failure reports.
- Process new student records, including requesting transcripts and records from other universities, setting up cumulative folders, and entering student data into appropriate databases.
- Coordinate grading process, including printing and distribution of report cards.
- Process and transmit requests for student information, including student transcripts for colleges and Universities.
- Calculate grade point averages, class rank, and prepare honor rolls.
- Assist in all academic Processes (enrollment, withdrawals, transferring) and all other academic processes.
- Assist to prepare all reports and student data Information.
- Recommends and participates in the development and implementation of university policies and procedures regarding student registration, records, and graduation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Handling Students' issues, and inquiries.
- Scientific Clearing process.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in a University or Academic setting is preferred.
- English and Arabic Proficiency.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with a high skills level in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with event management.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to maintain utmost confidentiality while exercising careful judgment in all department affairs
