Job Description

  • Establish a strong relation of trust by professionally answering all residents’ inquiries, settling disputes, and resolving all issues. 
  • Act as the 1st point of contact for residents and always be ready for on‐call emergency response.
  • Receive customer complaints and inquiries, direct it to the concerned department, follow-up to ensure resolution on time. 
  • Owns and oversees main and public facilities\services; Image, Functionality and Convenience.
  • Overseas FM performance and reports compliance\non-compliance at Tatweer Misr \ FM agreement.
  • Implement and monitor all Community Management policies, procedures, standards, rules and guidelines. 
  • Conduct day-to-day inspection to Ensure that residence request are carried out within agreed timelines and according to organizational priorities and standard quality to ensure owners’ satisfaction 
  • Inspect ongoing constructions and installations progress.
  • Supervise and assure the installation of the seasonal operation action plan with different department 
  • Coordinate and manage events and entertainment activates with different departments to create traffic and clients’ satisfaction 
  • Supervise all finishing and modification to ensure no violation and the conformity to both TM and customer needs
  • Report violation and follow the agreed standers procedure till it is resolved .
  • Issuing work orders for Maintenance department based on information from residents, based on information gathered from site visits.
  • Perform all necessary functions to facilitate residents “Move In” procedures.
  • Maintain community logs with all data needed, delivery and move in dates , maintenance fees , info etc
  • Ensure that all systems and occupational health and safety requirements are fulfilled according to standards.
  • Respond directly to emergency repairs cases which must be dealt with immediately 
  • Provide a and up to date flow of information to all residents regarding upcoming events and activities/ works that are being carried out that may affect them.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering. 
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the field. 
  • High Communication & Leadership skills.
