This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in teaching mat and reformer Pilates and thrives in a luxurious and fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do:Lead innovative Pilates classes that cater to our members' unique fitness levels and goals.Ensure the Pilates studio is impeccably maintained, and equipped with the necessary tools for each class, including advanced audio/visual setups.Create personalised exercise programs that help members enhance their physical fitness, flexibility, posture, and overall health.Coordinate class schedules and maintain active communication with members to ensure a seamless fitness experience.Embody our club's ethos in every interaction, providing an inspirational and motivational atmosphere for our community.What We’re Looking For:A certified Pilates Reformer Instructor with a relevant degree or qualifications.Proven experience in a luxury or high-end fitness setting.Specialization in Pilates Mat and Reformer; additional qualifications in Yoga or related disciplines would be a plus.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.A commitment to personal growth and a passion for helping others achieve their best selves.High standards of professionalism and etiquette.
