Job Description
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Help building and maintaining Pre-Sales processes, and documentation.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Follow up a proposal with contractors & consultants or direct customers
- Attend clarification meetings with Clients when required.
- Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and offer solutions proposals to meet those needs.
- Provide the technical solution required addressing any customer requirements, and recommending solutions that optimize value for the customer.
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet client needs.
- Maintain awareness and keep up-to-date of constantly changing software, hardware systems, new products, and solutions
- Responsible for calculating client quotations and administering clients’ accounts.
- Sending final PO and cost to purchasing and finance departments in order to proceed with operations.
- Catching new suppliers and vendors, and creating relationships with them.
- Stay current on suppliers’ recent updates and product launches.
- Attending exhibitions, seminars, and training.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 4 Years Experience in Pre-Sales Automation Company
- Experience with Power & Automation is a must
- B.Sc. Degree in engineering
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English.
