Job Description
- Manage accounting transactions
Recording sales movement based on the priced complete product disbursement authorizations with monthly matching with - Fellow accountants from customer accounts
- Recording purchase movement based on the priced raw material addition authorizations with monthly matching with colleagues
- Accountants from supplier accounts
Monitoring inventory through: - Preparing a movement statement for all raw material items and a complete product based on addition, disbursement and inventory authorizations
- making raw material cards for customers in the event of supplying the raw material and matching it with fellow accountants from the customer account
- Daily inventory by sample of moving items and a comprehensive weekly inventory and matching it with balances
- Monitoring to improve performance by preparing a semi-monthly report, then completing it to be monthly on:
- A report on the complete production with actual percentages based on recording production authorizations
A report on the consumption rates of pure raw material, filler and additives with the complete product - A report comparing the actual pricing of the complete products with the standard pricing for the price of the purchased raw material + Manufacturing value and additions
- A report on the equation of raw materials to match the spent raw materials with the incoming production quantities, taking into account raw materials under Operation and waste
- A report on the percentage of waste to actual production
- Making the necessary daily entries and a general ledger and a sub-balance for the items agreed upon with fellow accountants
- Working on implementing and developing everything necessary for excellent work performance
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- BSc in Accounting
