Provides both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation support to all company’s departments and parties as per the need.
Translates Chinese materials including technical manuals into good grammatical English and Arabic as per the need and receipting person.
Edit and proofread translated material to ensure accuracy & readability.
Prepares and updates databases of translated Chinese material.
Participates in analytical meetings or conferences when applicable.
Communicates between Chinese trainers/persons and production line technicians & labors to enhance the process of transferring the “know how.”
Stay up to date with construction industry news & trends in language usage and terminology.
Maintain confidentiality & protect the privacy of information.
Ensures inspection is carried out at different stages, incoming, in process and outgoing as per the required standards and oversees the issuance of reports communicating defect rate at each stage accordingly.
Confirming material defects with supplier and get supplier confirmation & sign.

Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language, linguistics, translation, or Related field.
1-3 years of experience in the same position in any relevant field.
Very good command of MS Office.
Fluent in English & Chinese is a must.
